Fragment taken from "The World Wondering Bear"

The selfish lion then stared at the shiny moon, and suddenly he couldn’t restrained himself and roared a symphony of questions that sprouted from his heart:

“I wonder… I wonder…

If you wouldn’t have known that I was procrastinating my duties, would you have lingered more time?.  How much time?

What would have been needed  for you to stay for good?. What would have been needed to snatch from your lips a promise of coming back at the end of your journey?

Can you, sweet silver lady, deliver these questions to a world wondering bear?”.

... And the bear heard the moon whispering into his ear late at night... When he was doing what he does on his wanderings...sitting by the sea... watching the reflections of the silvery light.

He looked up...a faint shimmer of surprise in his eyes, thinking of the proud Lion who had left footprints of his paws over his soul... shaking little teardrops out of the corner of his eyes and roared at the moon "but that's what I am... This is my nature...I wouldn't be the wandering bear if I lingered... If promises could be squenched from my lips... If I stayed for good...I wouldn't be the same...but I am with you in my soul" hoping for the moon to understand and find the lion who had saved him from his fears and shown him Beauty... And whisper this on a gentle Ray of light into his ears... late at night... When he was looking at the sea which he loved so much.

When the silver lady came with a response from the bear, the Lion was amazed. He didn’t expected an answer, for he already knew it. The moon was moved by the sight she stared at, for Lion's tear is an event nobody ever gets to see, the silver lady took the stubborn little lonely lion and comforted him, embracing him in liquid rays of warm silver tenderness and as she was surrounding the Lion with her ethereal self, felt that the Lion was in peace with himself, there wasn’t heartbreak inside that chest, but resolution, painful and cathartical realization, that leaves only peace behind.

The moon couldn’t help but to compare the lion and the bear with stars, two stars that shine brightly each in its own path, and that at some point, they joined and shown together, they shown a blinding glow. But the lion star was a still one, and the bear star was a wooshing star, so the time came when they both split, and each continued shining on their one.

Poor lonely lion star, wich glow was fainting in ache for yearning a given moment, not realizing that he was capable of so much dazzling on his own... Poor wooshing bear star, granting wishes here and there, not getting one for his own. Stars sometimes just needed to be remembered what they are capable of, and wich direction is to be followed. Then they fire shine once again.

In those thoughts was the moon lost, and she got suddenly so interested in knowing the story to come of these two peculiar creatures that she resolute to follow both of them every night and give each a smooth wink, so they could be remembering each other every time they look up and see the moon in the night sky.
